“Stars94” Ltd. collects certain information from the public Internet space through its online store located at http://stars94.bg . Information may also be collected directly from users who contact “Stars94” Ltd..
This document describes the policies and procedures governing the collection and processing of information identifying an individual user.
Personal Information
“Stars94” Ltd. collects personal information in order to respond to user requests, which may include: creating a personal profile /registered users/, order fulfillment or an inquiry for an automotive part and availability /non-registered users only/, providing customer service, granting access to certain online store functionalities, newsletter registration, and marketing activities.
“Stars94” Ltd. collects the following personal information from users of the online store: name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, UIC. The user remains the sole owner of their personal information.
By using the online store, the user expressly agrees that their personal data may be collected and processed by the company, while at the same time guaranteeing its accuracy and authenticity. The user also declares that they have been informed of the type of personal data collected and processed, the purposes for which it will be used, as well as their rights of access, correction, amendment or deletion of personal data.
Use of Personal Data
“Stars94” Ltd. uses users’ personal data in order to enable them to register a personal profile in the online store, process submitted requests and inquiries, confirm orders, offer additional products, services and events , so that “Stars94” Ltd. can fulfill its obligations and commitments under the contract and provide the goods and services expected by the user.
Data processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation and serves for the performance of the contract.
The user has the right to refuse the use of their personal data for commercial, advertising or marketing purposes. Users may unsubscribe from advertising messages at any time – the refusal may be expressed by using the special active link contained in each advertising message or by e-mail to custom@stars94.bg.
Protection of Personal Data
“Stars94” Ltd. guarantees the security of the data sent by users through industry-standard physical, electronic and administrative procedures.
Information may be stored and processed in certain locations in strict compliance with applicable Bulgarian and EU legislation on confidentiality and personal data protection.
All persons processing personal data are carefully selected and have access only to the data necessary for the provision of services, only to the extent and for the period required, or to the extent to which you have agreed to the processing and use of the data.

Disclosure of Personal Data to Subcontractors and Third Parties
“Stars94” Ltd. provides the personal data it holds to third parties only for the purposes of concluding and performing distance sales contracts, including the delivery of goods to the address specified by the user. The data is initially provided by the user when placing an order and is subsequently disclosed to third parties, including a licensed postal operator (courier company), through strictly defined confidentiality procedures.
Personal data is not provided to other third parties unrelated to the commercial activity of “Stars94” Ltd.. Exceptions apply where certain information is provided to lawyers, customs authorities or other state authorities, or to law enforcement bodies in order to combat potential violations, other breaches of contract or unlawful conduct. Personal data protection law obliges every personal data controller, including “Stars94” Ltd., to disclose information required by court order or other lawful means, or for the purpose of preventing possible harm to persons or property.
“Stars94” Ltd. does not collect or process data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties or organizations, associations with religious, philosophical, political or trade union purposes, nor data relating to health, sex life or the human genome.
“Stars94” Ltd. compiles statistics on the use of the online store using data collected through cookies. These statistical data do not contain personal information and may be published and provided to third parties.

In its online store, “Stars94” Ltd. may publish materials of third parties (“Manufacturers”). If a user decides to visit any of these third-party pages by “clicking on” the link or navigating to a third-party page, the user will be redirected to the respective third-party page. The fact that “Stars94” Ltd. provides a link to a webpage, publishes an advertising banner or other type of advertisement, or offers users the opportunity to interact with or provide personal information to a third party, is not a guarantee nor a sign of affiliation of “Stars94” Ltd. with that third party and should not be regarded as approval of the privacy and information security policies and practices found on those pages.
Access to and Correction of Personal Data
Each registered user has access to and may correct, modify or delete parts of their personal data through their personal profile - http://stars94.bg/my-account.html or by sending an e-mail to custom@stars94.bg . The registered user may also refuse the use of their personal data by “Stars94” Ltd. – by correcting their personal profile - http://stars94.bg/my-account.html or by sending an e-mail to custom@stars94.bg . Non-registered users may exercise their right to correction/refusal by sending an e-mail to custom@stars94.bg .
“Stars94” Ltd. will retain the data for as long as necessary for the provision of services by the online store or for as long as required by law. After that, the user’s personal data will be deleted.
Amendments
“Stars94” Ltd. may amend these personal data protection rules at any time by publishing a new version thereof or a replacement page. The new version shall enter into force on the date of its publication, and the new effective date shall be indicated at the bottom of the page.
